It’s tailored towards a more advanced marketer and it’s a book that I read a chapter every once in a while because reading it all the way through is a tough. There is a lot to take in and think about.

The book is expensive because it’s out of print. Best price I found was on Amazon here. I paid $330.80 for it. As of this writing I saw some used versions listed at the link for $309.
